Jeet Kune Do
 
This modern eclectic method was created by the late Bruce Lee and emphasizes freedom and self-expression over man created limits. Our motto is "having no limitation as limitation and using no way as the way", our focus is placed on developing a complete artist in all ranges from punching and kicking to trapping and grappling.

Filipino Martial Arts
 
This is the art of Filipino weaponry. There are twelve areas covered with special enphasis to knife defense and the use of ordinary weapons that surround us everyday. This includes our body and mind as the most important. Stick and knife sparring are a part of this class.
Tai-Chi Chuan
 
Spirituality, health and self-Defense all in one. Great for the elderly since there is no stress on the joints and movements are executed slowly. Geared towards those searching for a deeper knowledge of their Physical, mental and spiritual bodies. Special attention is paid to longevity exercises and boosting the immune system
Kyusho Jitsu
 
The ancient and secretive art of pressure point fighting. Also knows as Dim Mak and literally translated as “one second fighting”. Learn how to apply the theory of Oriental medicine and pressure points for healing and self defense purposes. This art is integrated in all other classes. We follow G.M. George Dillman method. And are proud members in good standing of DKI. 
Aerobic Kickboxing
 
This high intensity and fun class is designed to get you in shape and teach you basic self defense techniques that will motivate and challenge you at the same time. A great alternative for those bored with the health club scene.
Integrated Grappling
 
Judo/ Grappling. A combined class covering all aspects of ground fighting in full detail. Concepts and techniques are drawn from the extensive experience of our instructors in this field. This integrated system includes styles such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo Sambo, Wrestling, Shoot Wrestling and Silat.
